I am subleasing TWO large, bright, clean and spacious rooms in a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two story house. The place is in a quiet neighborhood next to Lincoln Park, and the most vibrant areas of Eastern Market and the H street corridor. The house is also at an ideal location of the following stores: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, Aldi and Safeway, all within just 0.5 miles. A 20-25 minute scenic walk can get you to Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian. It is a less than 5 min walk to bus stops B 2 and D 6, and a 20 min walk to Eastern Market Metro and Union Stations Public transit in D.C. is very easy to navigate using an app. The apartment is furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry within the unit. It is perfect for working professionals moving into the city. The rent for the master bedroom is $800 a month, and $700 for the smaller one. The charges for utilities and raid in addition to the rent and they range between $50 and $100 per person. You may rent individually or secure the entire place (for $1500/month) for two friends, colleagues, or family who can move in immediately or in the mid of June.
