–Bellevue, WA saw rent drop $10 to $2,020 but continue to rank as the priciest city in the metro.
–Seattle, WA rent remained the second most expensive at $1,970.
–Redmond, WA was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,860.

-Marysville, WA ranked as the most affordable city with rent at $910.
–Lakewood, WA saw rent drop $20 to an even $1,000 but stay the second least expensive city.
–University, Place, WA was third with one bedrooms priced at $1,030.
Growth Rate
