Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Kirkland, WA rent climbed $100, settling at $2,060, and up one spot to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Seattle, WA remained the second priciest city with one bedrooms priced at $1,990.
–Bellevue, WA dropped two spots to become third with rent at $1,930.

–Marysville, WA continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $930.
–University Place, WA saw rent climb $30 to $940 but stayed the second least expensive.
–Lakewood, WA was third with rent at $950.
Growth Rate

–Burien, WA rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 15.5%.
–Puyallup, WA ranked as third with rent growing 14.3%.

–Kirkland, WA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 5.1%.
