Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Bellevue, WA remained the most expensive city with rent at $2,030.
–Kirkland, WA saw rent drop $40 to $1,940 but continued to rank as the second priciest city.
–Seattle, WA was third with rent at $1,900.

–Marysville, WA stayed the most affordable city in the metro with one bedrooms priced at $910.
–Lakewood, WA rent was the second least expensive, falling $10 to $960 last month.
–University, Place, WA ranked as third with rent at $1,030.
Growth Rate

–Puyallup & University, Place, WA tied for the city with the fastest growing rent, both up 15.7% since this time last year.
–Auburn, WA followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.6%.
–Burien & Tacoma, WA rents tied for third, both jumping 15.2%.

–Redmond, WA rent shot up 5.1% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
