Dycanna in the leasing office has been AMAZING to work with. She is very knowledgeable and makes your move easy. Moving is a stressful time, but she is able to alleviate the stress that comes with it. We are very grateful for the extra time she spent with us filling out paperwork and going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

I've lived at Eaves Fairfax Towers for several years, I've had the pleasure over my the last few years to work with Dycanna, she is always pleasant, and goes above and beyond to help me and I've observed that same treatment with those whom come in the leasing office. Dycanna has great quality. She has manners, she is kind, respectful, and patient with everyone. You need more employees with the same quality. Dycanna is AMAZING 👏

It’s been almost a month since I moved into eaves, and it’s been great so far. Emma at the leasing office showed me several apartments and answered my questions well in and after the tour. She’s been helping me with requests during the move-in process as well. On move-in day, there was a package with important and useful information for new tenants, which I think was a nice touch. Ruth and Brandi at the front desk are also great. They’re really nice and have helped me with moving.
About the apartment, I love it. It has nice big windows looking out to an amazing view. The floor is laminated wood that has a nice color. The appliances are mostly updated. I hardly hear anything from neighbors. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The building has a gym, a pool, a hair salon, a little convenience store, and a dry cleaner. So far I’ve felt safe at home. Good quality living, and I hope it stays that way. Highly recommend.
This review is about 7 months overdue, as i did intend to write one in the first week of our move-in date. Jan 2024
Me and my Mrs. were searching for a 1 bed room apartment early January with only 1 week left from the move out date. We called the property & spoke with Ms. Dycanna who had scheduled a viewing for 3 individual 1 bed apartments. We reached the property for the viewing approx. 10 mins late due to traffic & after eaves office hours closure, only to be greeted by Ms. Dycanna warmly who had waited for us and provided all the necessary information upon our arrival. We chose an apartment with some concerns from my Mrs. regarding maintenance work and refurbishment. Ms. Dycanna assured us that she will coordinate with maintenance and get the issues resolved. Upon moving in, we were extremely satisfied, as Ms. Dycanna & the maintenance team had made the move in & the apartment amazing!
Ms. Dycanna, thank you for making our move-in process and early familiarity with the property soo smooth. You're a star!

I’ve been a resident of this apartment for over 2.5 years and can honestly say it’s been an exceptional experience. The concierge, leasing office, and maintenance teams consistently deliver outstanding service. Ruth , Joey , Gregory , Gerard, Tony , George and Daycanna are wonderful . As we prepare to move to a new state, it’s genuinely saddening to leave such a wonderful community behind.
Throughout our move-out process, we’ve had the pleasure of working with George. His assistance has been invaluable—demonstrating not only his kindness and professionalism but also a remarkable depth of knowledge. He’s gone above and beyond in providing us with information to facilitate our move, making everything significantly smoother.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire Eaves Fairfax team for making our stay so pleasant. Our experiences here have been nothing but positive.
I am very happy to live in this apartment. Ahmad's service was really good. Thank you again.
