I went to take a shower and the water wouldn’t heat up. I then noticed my heater was blowing cold air. I called for emergency maintenance and it was such a painless, quick process. Randy and Will showed up pretty quickly and after checking out my water heater, they determined it needed to be fully replaced. They left and came back in the next hour with a completely new one. I was able to take a shower and warm my home. Thanks Randy and Will!!

The maintenance team over at Oak Park Apartment Homes is doing a great job. My bathroom sink had a bunch of problems recently, but I was able to get those issues fixed in no time with their help!
