I went to take a shower and the water wouldn’t heat up. I then noticed my heater was blowing cold air. I called for emergency maintenance and it was such a painless, quick process. Randy and Will showed up pretty quickly and after checking out my water heater, they determined it needed to be fully replaced. They left and came back in the next hour with a completely new one. I was able to take a shower and warm my home. Thanks Randy and Will!!
