Randy, Jorge, and Carlos all did a great job saving us from the rain floods outside that were pouring into our back living area. When the rain was the heaviest they came by numerous times to help with sand bags, hang tarps, and redig a canal so the water out front could flow in to the street. And coordinated with a previous vendor to finish a job with the rain gutter. Without them the body of water was almost into the bedroom and living room via the glass sliding doors. We almost had to evacuate. We can't thank them enough along with the Emergency response team at the main office.

We thought we had a gas leak and called for an emergency checkin in the middle of the night and Carlos came over as quickly as he could. He tested everything to make sure there wasn’t a leak and thank goodness there wasn’t, but he had everything ready to make the repairs if he had to. We’re very thankful he came out and he was so kind, if ever we have another emergency we hope to see him again! Carlos you are the best!!!!
