Rudy gets an A+. He went above and beyond for me. Heater was out and sink clogged. I was his last appointment. He worked late to fix the sink and did what he could for the heater. Since the heater would need additional service in the morning, he brought me a space heater to use for the night. He worked quickly and knew what he was doing. I genuinely appreciate his caring and friendly demeanor. Thank you Rudy!

I really like this property! Let's start with the staff. Every time I come in they remember my name. No one really does that anymore. The cost of homes is high everywhere. I feel like Eaves TO is pretty comparable. What sets them apart though is the staff and how homey I feel being there. The maintenance team is always on it when it comes to things that need to be fixed on property or on the homes. Highly recommend living here.
