I just moved in to this Avalon community a few months ago after searching and comparing almost all apartment complexes in Camarillo. It has the perfect combination of everything one would want as far as 'livability'. The neighbors are friendly, outgoing and quiet for a large well kept complex. The staff is wonderful. One In particular is Jared. He assisted me through the application process easily. A very personable fellow, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with just about every aspect of the community. Is usually available in the office when not walking around making sure all is good here. And he actually returns your emails and phone messages! In the same day!
