I have lived here with my partner for almost 4 years in 2 different apartments. This place is beautiful, a lot of care goes into the landscaping and planning of the community. The maintenance crew is amazing, the only time I've ever seen trash on the ground was after a windstorm and even then, it was picked up within 2 days. The office staff is very caring and quick to help when you have a problem. As I mentioned, maintenance is amazing. If you put in a request, they come to fix the issue within 2 days. We had a dryer go out in our unit and they quickly replaced it. For someone who moved here from Los Angeles, that's a quick turnaround, especially with a complex so big. Emma, Christine, Holly and Michelle do a great job! We will miss them. We're only moving because we bought a house. The in-unit laundry is a Godsend as is the garage. I couldn't think of a more pleasant place to live. Thank you for making this place so special.

The maintenance man was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to repair what he could at the time of our inspection and what he couldn’t fix at the time, he told us to put in a work order and he will come back and fix it, which he did. I’m very pleased with the maintenance team. The Office staff are very professional and take their jobs very seriously, they make you feel like you can trust them to help you no matter what.
