This is a monthly rental. Can be rented for a month at a time. This is a beautiful modern single family house located in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. It has a private path from the backyard with a 3 min walk to Mandalay Beach. Small dog allowed with extra deposit. A pristine beach which has spectacular sunsets and great surfing. Adjacent to the beach is a large park with volleyball, BBQ and picnic benches. (see photos) Living here you feel like you are on permanent vacation! We provide a fully furnished comfortable house with some extra amenities, a few bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, a fireplace in the living room, patio area with fire table, and gorgeous landscaped garden, This is the perfect place to stay for a contract worker, a family extended vacation, or while building your house. It is located close to LAX, Santa Monica, Ojai, Ventura, Santa Barbara. This is available Nov 15, 2025 - Jan 15, 2026.
