The apartment block is always well-kept with a responsive and knowledgeable maintenance staff. Rafi approaches each situation with speed and knowledge, and always makes sure to check up to ensure everything’s still good.

Rafi is an amazing at maintenance! He’s always super quick, helpful and nice. Our toilet handle had broken inside the toilet, very suddenly. Our maintenance reps usually take requests Mon-Fri, and it’s a Friday right before work hours end. Figured it wouldn’t get done till Monday the earliest, but Rafi was so sweet he came by and helped not just me, but another unit as well, even when it would clearly put him past his off time. Thank you so much!
