I’ve been living at Monarc for a little over 5 months now and I love it. My unit is amazing and I’ve never had an issues with missing packages or anything (knock on wood!). Also the front desks team is awesome, especially Layha. She always has a smile on her face and is not only warm and welcoming but super attentive and helpful anytime I need assistance with anything. I appreciate the team here and recommend the building!

Gustavo was the person in charge of giving us the tour and showing us around, he did an exceptional job. He was approachable, had great attitude and was very helpful. Great location with great staff. I don’t live in Monarch, but I went for apt showing. I mean it’s impossible to not sign if Gustavo is showing you the building. Extremely professional and charming person! I didn’t even ask any question - he talked about everything I need to know. Apt is beautiful, pool is great, everything you need - u have it. The management should recognize employee like Gustavo! I see that most of good reviews here are about him ;) very professional!

I have lived in many apartments in South FL and this is my favorite for many reasons. My apartment is gorgeous, high ceilings, no carpet, large kitchen and bathroom, tons of storage, new appliances, huge balcony, and so many nice amenities throughout the building. Most importantly they have great management. Gustavo and Garrett in the leasing office are angels and provide excellent communication. They've addressed every question and concern I've brought to them immediately and with a smile.

Very professional and organized rental experience. Apartments are beautiful, but rates are a little high as are all apartments in Miami. We had a couple of little issues when my daughter initially moved into her apartment but they quickly remedy them. Gustavo is the absolute BEST in the leasing office! And the property is absolutely beautiful. Having a Whole Foods grocery store right next-door is the icing on the cake! We highly recommend this apartment and Gustavo!!
