The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed.
