The beautiful heart-pine floors have been refinished, and the windows let in plenty of light. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and gathering around the TV in the living room. During your stay, you will have full access to the back unit, while the front unit is rented separately. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You will love this quiet street right next to downtown restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk. All downtown attractions are within walking distance, and Fort Moore is just a short drive away. You can walk to everything downtown, and the post is just a short drive or Uber away. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
