Centrally located near Midtown and Highway 185, it provides easy access to Fort Moore and downtown Columbus, making it ideal for both work and leisure. The property boasts a large, fenced yard, offering plenty of space for your pets to roam freely. Whether you're looking for a cozy retreat or a practical base close to everything, this home has it all. You will be staying in the guesthouse. From the driveway, walk past the fence to the common area between the main house and the guesthouse. The entrance is behind the main house. Guests will enter through the guesthouse front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa and a futon, which flows into the dining space. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom for your comfort. Shared spaces with the main house include the driveway and the backyard. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The area is known for its well-kept homes and tree-lined streets, providing a serene environment while remaining close to local amenities. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and recreational areas, with Midtown and downtown Columbus just a short drive away. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

The bathroom and kitchen have been nicely redone. The apartment features a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in another, and a semi-private space with a curtain offering a double bed. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. The driveway parking and backyard are shared with the guesthouse in the back. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this location ensures a peaceful stay. The absence of public transportation means you'll need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber to get around. The minimum age to rent this property is 21 years. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, but they must be crated when left unattended, and not allowed on furniture or beds. Any evidence of pet hair on furniture or waste not cleaned up will result in additional cleaning charges.
