The whole team there is awesome. Office, Maintenance, Management. Recently had a ton of questions come up and navigating them was very straightforward. The best customer service I’ve had anywhere recently. Thanks to Delanie and the whole team. Grounds are well maintained regularly, maintenance is FAST and the community is friendly with most neighbors knowing one another by name. Highly recommend!

Living here has been great. The staff, both office and maintenance are just amazing. Always go above & beyond to accommodate. The maintenance team always works quickly and efficiently to take care of any issues that come up. Very professional!

First of all would like to wish Alyssa our property manager a huge get well. We miss you up here. Being pregnant with 2 can’t be easy. Especially for little people. Gracie and myself hope you get better and quickly. So speaking of our AMAZING property manager; a lot of us would not still be in the community if it weren’t for the way she handles all situations but especially any emergency situation. We had a problem with the mailbox not being able to stay closed months ago. Therefore mail was not able to be delivered to about 1/3 of the units. This duration would be indefinite if the correct parts for the mailbox could not be found. Being an older piece of equipment, the hunt was on. There was literally I think one manufacturer that produced this part still and could get the part in two weeks at fastest. Finding this place was not easy. This would leave residents without mail for this period at least. Not including installation. But not only did she secure the mailbox part. But she took it upon herself to coordinate with our mail lady to have mail dropped to her, separated and organized by herself and the residents pick up mail in the office through her or another of our amazing leasing agents. How much more stress can one miniature pregnant lady take. How overwhelming this had to be for her to have hundreds of residents in and out all day, as not all but probably most residents are less than understanding of others situation and the efforts put forth by them in order to make our lives easier. This is one example of the heights other property managers must jump in order to reach this “leasing agent of the year” award winning property manager we have. Oh yeah also, Great location Supermarket across the street Gas stations, food (anything you could want is all in this area) , about 5 miles from nearest hospital, police precinct and fire station Great maintenance crew I have been a resident here for going on my 6th year. I have lived in Columbus for 29 years. Lived in at least 15 different apartments communities throughout the town. So if anyone knows this town and area it’d be me. You can take my word on this. Hunters Run is the premier community you would expect in Maple Ridge area. Quiet, peaceful and accommodating with all of the amenities one could ask for. Thank you to Woodruff properties and all the Hunters Run staff for keeping our community… …HOME!!!
