Aly was great during my application process! She was very attentive, helpful with answering my many questions, and even though I was unable to tour since I live in Atlanta and couldn't take off work, she was willing to walk the exact apartment I wanted and FaceTime me. I am pleasantly suprised. The office is so helpful and maintenance is very attentive. The grounds are always clean. People here are very quiet and very nice. There’s so many amenities.
Laundry facilities are clean, valet trash picks up your trash every night outside your door, and many more. I am exceptionally pleased that I was able, on my fixed retirement income, to pick a non renovated apt for a lesser rent.
Management company seems to have
A conscience about that and kudos to them for that. I am happy here.

The movie night was amazing. When I arrived to the event I was greeted by the staff who was very nice. They greeted me with pop corn and candy. The movie was great. Over all I had a wonderful time

“I have had nothing but a great experience at Whisperwood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment floor plan I have has more storage than any other apartment complex we considered. It is an older complex so maint issues do arise but they are addressed ASAP

We have enjoyed staying at midland falls! Our apartment is affordable and spacious and we enjoy the pools and tennis courts! The staff also have always been responsive and helpful.

Since I moved from a house to apartment, it was a big adjustment. I can say that the apartment size was like being in a house without the yard maintenance : ). It is very quiet in the neighborhood and I am amazed of how friendly the people are here. The staff are amazing and listen to your needs as well the maintenance staff are super awesome. I can truly say that coming here from transition from a house was the best decision I could have ever made.
