She was very attentive, helpful with answering my many questions, and even though I was unable to tour since I live in Atlanta and couldn't take off work, she was willing to walk the exact apartment I wanted and FaceTime me. I am pleasantly suprised. The office is so helpful and maintenance is very attentive. The grounds are always clean. People here are very quiet and very nice. There’s so many amenities. Laundry facilities are clean, valet trash picks up your trash every night outside your door, and many more. I am exceptionally pleased that I was able, on my fixed retirement income, to pick a non renovated apt for a lesser rent. Management company seems to have A conscience about that and kudos to them for that. I am happy here.
