Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Upon entering the cottage, you'll find an open-concept layout with a living room featuring a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs, and a large Smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are just off the living room, with a kitchenette that includes a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. A full bathroom with a tub is also available. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This cottage is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. Parties are prohibited at the home, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
