Relax in this newly renovated Midtown home, accommodating up to 8 guests. Feel at home in this centrally located property near Columbus attractions. Main access to the home is through the front porch, which opens into the living room. The cozy large living area features a Roku TV, pull out queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating. Off the living room is access to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for 6. The hallway on the right of the living room leads to the full bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms. The backyard features a BBQ grill available for outdoor use. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. Situated in the serene residential neighborhood of Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus with easy access to major highways and interstates. Within a short distance, you'll find Lake Bottom Park, The Bradley Center Hospital, and Columbus High School. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The second bedroom has a desk.
