This apartment, located on the left side of the duplex as you're facing the house, has an entrance nearest the driveway. The front porch has a private entrance with a digital door code used to access the home. Once inside, you will be welcomed into the living room with 2 futons and a large SmartTV. From here, you will be able to access the rest of the home. The kitchen and dining area is straight ahead, and it is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a cozy dinette. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two full beds, and they share a full bathroom in the hallway. The backyard is spacious with a charcoal grill available for use. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a fee. This apartment is located in the heart of uptown Columbus, about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus, and 0.4 miles directly east of the Coca Cola Space Science Center, and 0.8 miles south of the Riverwalk. It is walkable to multiple areas of Columbus, and Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. There are two parking spots available on-site if you choose to drive. This home is part of a historic duplex, and the front unit is rented separately. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Registration Number: STVR-01-24-511

The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom that also opens to the living room. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with full-size beds and a half bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided. Plenty of street parking is available in the front or side of the house, and there is a shared parking lot in the rear of the property. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Situated in a walkable neighborhood, this apartment is close to downtown, the Riverwalk, convention center, theater, and all of downtown Columbus's restaurants and bars. It's only 15 minutes to Fort Moore. The area is very quiet and residential, offering a safe and secure environment for you and your family. The apartment is part of an old historic duplex, so there may be guests in the front unit, but each unit is fully separate. The door has a code for maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If smoking is detected in or around the home, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are prohibited, and any violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
