This is the ultimate destination to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, the 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all-new indoor waterpark! This listing includes two units that are close together, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). With a combined 2,500 sqft, these condos are suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, offering all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. Each unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and plenty of beds. Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. The Showboat building is ideally situated on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the beach just downstairs. The new 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also located within the building. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare cars are readily available. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $75/hr late fee for check-out after 11 AM and a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violating this rule will result in police being called. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, with restrictions on certain breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of such animals can be declined. Guests are required to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
