Maintenance was a lovely experience as usual. They called me before they were coming to show up (2 weeks after I had put in for a very very minor window screen. And so by speaking on the telephone before they came out, I was able to tell my maintenance man that his services were no longer needed. I had fixed the problem myself. I told him appreciated the phone call before JUST SHOWING UP! It was one thing to hav a courtesy call but was another thing to be able communicate and let them know that their maintenance services were no longer needed.
