We just got through with an intimate get together at the leasing Office, a chance to meet our neighbors, and keep the camaraderie goin', as well as make some new friends! It's downtown with always something to do! And kudos to the staff for puttin' on a great time!

There isn’t another place downtown with secure garage parking, elevators, 24hr security on site, in unit laundry and walking distance to all of downtown. It is also one of more affordable places in the city. I lived here for 4 years with no regrets.

I'm not certain that I'm leaving this review for the right property (I'm doing it twice). I don't live here, but I had 2 very large packages delivered here by mistake. The office agent (I'm sorry I forgot your name but you were amazing) went out of her way to check the mail room and call me back to let me know that my boxes were there. She and one your amazing maintenance employees (also forgot your name, I'm sorry) let me borrow a dolly to get my packages home. I cannot thank them enough. If this is any indication of the kind of service a resident can expect, I'm really regretting not living here. They were both so nice and so professional. I could not give higher praise. Thank you so much, and I'm sorry I forgot your names.

Can I just say that living here has been the best experience that I have had?? The staff is friendly and quick on the draw if you need any help, the security will always watch your back from the garage to the door, and the apartment... I have been here for 4 months, and I cannot express how in love I am with this place. From the elegance of the structure of my home to the feel of luxury in my kitchen and bathroom, this is absolute Paradise.

Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else downtown. Love being so close to the river. The rooms are beautiful and the maintenance here is exceptional! I’ve never had any issues with having anything taken care of. They are always right on top of everything!

Management is super responsive and I'm pleased with the facility and the apartment. The only issue is the exterior noise of loud pipes of vehicles on Front Street but this is NOT an issue that the management can control. I have complained to the Memphis Police Department regarding the noise and asked them to enforce the noise ordinances on the books.
I would recommend Pembroke and Gayoso House as excellent living locations downtown. All the staff is pleasant, the maintenance is excellent and their attitudes are great! They always have a smile and a kind word.
