I’ve now been living here for a year, and I wanted to update my previous review to say that I’m still just as happy. Any problem that’s come up has been quickly and professionally handled by Kale, Gio, Danielle, and Kyle. I just renewed my lease and couldn’t be more satisfied! Everything I said before still stands: beautiful complex, great amenities, and an incredible staff. Kale, the leasing agent who helped me during the move-in process, was extremely helpful. Danielle, the manager, and Kyle, the assistant manager, have continued to be fantastic and are always quick to communicate and help with any issue. This is the fourth complex I’ve lived in downtown, and it’s still by far the best experience I’ve had!

We have been living here for about a year and a half, and it has been absolutely amazing! The apartment is beautiful, the location is amazing with all the businesses just downstairs, and the amenities are good. But what makes this apartment complex special is the staff! The maintenance staff is so active and fast, and the office staff people are all so sweet. Gio really helped us out all these months living here and signing and eventually renewing our leases with him made things so so easy. Every time we have an issue, we always go to Gio and he's so sweet and helpful and gets stuff done and quickly - super competent! And of course, Danielle, Kale, and Kyle are literally the best!!
