We have had nothing but positive experiences at Arrive Town Center. It is a clean and quiet building in a convenient location. Maintenance requests are always resolved in a timely manner with friendly service!

It was a pleasure staying here at Arrive Town Center . Doris and David is always there for anything. Doris is quite prompt in emails and actions all that is requested for. The apartment is soothing and we never had any trouble during snow or extreme summer.
Maintainence was taken care regularly with no complaints.
I will miss the gym, reception area and everything about Arrive Town Center. This team is very flexible and helps to the core to support us .

Great community, nice and quiet. Maintenance was prompt. We lived there for two years. We would certainly stay longer if we didn't need to relocate for new jobs.

Arrive Town Center is a very nice community, top location, best school district, fitness room, modern business center with delicious coffee, especially the property Manager Doris is so kind and nice to help with all our questions. She is very professional and works hard and very efficiently. The maintenance team David is very good, promptly completes all the requests. We feel really good living here, very nice apartment with a lot of sunshine and nice neighbors. We highly recommend Arrive Town Center to everybody! Thanks, Whitney

David did a great job to fix the rack in my bedroom closet. It looks firm enough to hold all my heavy winter jackets and coats.
It’s been months since I lived here in Arrival Town Center. There were several times that I locked myself outside of my room. Every time I asked help , they are always ready to help right away! It makes me feel this is my home.

It is very comfortable home with all minimal equipments of good quality inside the apartment . Good to have quite neighbours.The staff at leasing office is very helpful(Thanks Karen). Maintenance team (Anthony) have been very helpful. Sanitising stations on every floor is appreciable.
Common spaces are always clean and tidy. Common facilities( like gym)can be improved. Convenient location with some Restaurants , Starbucks, Walgreens, banks & others in walkable distance.
