Great community and location! Angela is a constant professional and a first class assistant manager. It has always been a pleasure communicating with her. My experience with the new office manager (Amanda) has been good so far, the maintenance staff takes care of your issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this community.

I have lived here at Woodpointe Apartments for two years and just signed another year here. There are a lot of long term renters here for a reason...this place is wonderful!!! The staff here are really professional and courteous and efficient. Amanda and Angela in the front office are the best. The two of them manage to accomplish what many more staff do not in rentals and they are always kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is great as well. Avery the team gets repairs done super fast, and most times the same day. I have rented quite a few apartments in my life and I have to say that this is the best by far. It is pretty and wooded, quiet and well maintained. It is in walking distance to Kroger and not quite 2 miles from the Marietta Square and a ton of restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this complex and plan on living here for a long time like a lot of the renters. That should speak for itself. Thank you Woodpointe and all the staff here. You make my life a better place.
