My mother in law resides at Willow Manor At Fair Hill Farm in Olney Md. She passed away we got a call for next of kin from property manager Tracy she knew my husband was listed as emergency contact. We went way to MD to handle her estate to not be let in. The manager had the nerve to say you can’t get she has no WILL. Now why would a manager assume she has no Will which is none of her business. She provided Hippa information regarding her medical records but wouldn’t let us in her apartment knowing he is her only heir. Had to get the police involved and the VA when she knows my mother in law listed her son as next of kin.. I have never heard of a complex say who can enter and who can’t enter very nasty lady
