We applied to live at Beavercreek Meadows while house hunting in the area. I was surprised when we got denied from their background screening, as we have great income, no debt, and good references. Turns out, the background company used the wrong SSN for both of us! They claimed we had all sorts of liens on our house, rental debts, etc. They offered to redo the search, this time with our correct numbers, but we declined since that’s pretty concerning. And it had taken them over a week to complete a background check on the WRONG people anyways!
