Great place to live. For living on a lake the rent is pretty cheap. They also pay for water, sewer, and garbage so you don't have to.

The old ownership was garbage, but now this place is wonderful. The landlord is a beautiful angel who helps with every problem. Very happy to have a place that actually takes care of their residents.
