Me and my wife moved in with no issues. When are building was being built the administration kept in contact with me and my wife almost everyday to give us Updates on how our building was doing. This is one of the best Townhomes I have ever lived in could have asked for better place to live.

UPDATE 7/8/24- This is the 2nd year we have rented with Mosaica. Our experience has been nothing but terrific with everything. Management has gone above and beyond with all they have done for us, including accommodating our needs to move to a different unit. Clayton has been an amazing resource/help to us during the transition between units. I cannot recommend Mosaica enough to those looking for a place to live! *********************************************** We are new here, but so far, we have loved the experience. My husband and I originally just came by to see the new builds. We ended up staying. Jessica is a great person to work with as she is patient and knowledgeable. The owner even took time out of her day to show us around and tell us what the plans for the main area are. It has definitely been an amazing experience overall!
