Update after living here for a year: The Adria has been awesome. The leasing office staff are super nice, handle issues very quickly, and make an effort get to know each person living in the building. After living in a few different apartments downtown, this is the best experience I’ve had hands down.

We moved to the Adria for the location and luxury style we wanted. When we moved in, 5 months ago, we had our new reason to stay - we had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager, Shannon! Shannon is what makes living here enjoyable and the reason for staying. She is knowledgeable and quick to address any issues that we have had. How she is always friendly while what it appears to us as doing the job of 2 or 3 people is unbelievable and outstanding! When looking for a place with a great property manager, look for Shannon here at the Adria.
