I have lived at the 2020 Building for over 8 years and LOVE it. The neighborhood is so quiet and walkable to great restaurants, shops, and bars. I love having a parking spot, but also being less than two blocks from MAX if I don't feel like driving. The new management is really responsive and attentive to any request I've ever had. I'd highly recommend the building to anyone who is looking (as long as they don't try and take my apartment!)

I could not speak more highly for this property and the Manager Samantha. My move in was so easy and I was truly taken care of. Samantha is so personable and really cares about the property and the residents. If you are looking to move, definitely give this place a call!
