Lived here for about 3 years total. Quiet typically, the office manager Laura is friendly and responsive, the pricing is very fair for Mukilteo and the grounds are well kept.

We lived here for 2 years. It felt like a safe community and we had good neighbors. We enjoyed the pool and the courtyard was a nice place for the kids to play. We also liked the fact that it was a small community, so there was never a problem finding a parking spot and for the most part it was peaceful. The management was friendly and was good at responding to questions. We would definitely recommend this for families.
