Enclave offers the best of contemporary design and convenience in a setting that feels like home. This near Naperville, location is convenient to shopping, highways, and dining. Residents enjoy the sun at the resort-style pool, working out in our 24-hr fitness center & playing with the dog in the leash-free fenced dog park. Each apartment home is designed for comfort with private entries to every home, an open kitchen, granite countertops, faux wood flooring, 2" faux wood blinds, and spacious closets. Some homes have fireplaces. Private balconies & patios are available, as are attached & detached garages. School assignments for Enclave at 127th are as follows: Elementary School - Elizabeth Eichelberger, Middle School - JFK and High School - Plainfield East.

This is the "Home" the way it should be " - I am living here from more than last 5 months. Its one of the best community to live in. I am staying with wife and 2 kids here. This place is truly outstanding on these following topics: - 1) Amenities: - this residential complex is fully equipped with a pool and a multi activity Gym. its having a park for kids just next to the boundary, having nice lake. The service and maintenance team is always available for any repairs etc. This is a gated community. Unauthorized entry is restricted. Over all very nice and clean apartments, with spacious interiors. 2) Schools:- some of the best schools district of Illinois is here, Plainfield 202 - 3 schools are within 3 minutes reach. 3) Supermarkets: - Walmart & Target is opposite the Route 59- takes hardly 2~3 minutes to reach. Good food chains are all around. 4) Most Helpful staff - Really appreciate the way I get the help from Mr. Bob and Ms. Holly for my leasing contract signed. It’s always a pleasure to meet them and get the help from them if anything needed regarding the apartments. The communication from the management is also very prompt and helpful. 5) Celebrating Events: - There will be always nice get together & events organized by the management company. My kids always love to attend these events. From residents point of view we actually comes closer to know each other in these events. Only thing i feel need an improvement: - My apartment don’t have a garage. So there is no dedicated place for parking. It’s always a hide and seek when you reach late. Also sometimes when you come from Super market with full of goods – to carry from far to your apartment. From my side suggestion would be identification number of parking places at least for one car nearby each apartment. Its a very clean and safe housing society. Overall my family is very happy to stay here.
