Moved in a few months ago and everything has been pretty good, except management is slow but what make things worth while is the concierge crew. They are phenomenal. Taneil, specifically is so personable I love it. She’s really sweet and makes sure all my packages makes it to me! Happy resident, for sure.

I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and it’s been a great experience. I moved here for work from the other side of the country and chose Eliot sight unseen. Leah, a member of the leasing team, was really helpful and communicative. I had tons of questions, had to change my move in date, and other things that involved updating the lease, and Leah was very understanding through the whole process.
All of the service team members have been friendly and helpful as well. I’ve had tons of packages delivered since moving here and nothing has been lost or stolen. I feel very safe living here because there’s always a concierge screening visitors. Jose, the service manager, is especially helpful. Shortly after moving in (I didn’t know any neighbors yet) I had a large furniture item delivered and Jose insisted in helping me get the package to my apartment. I really appreciated that.
I’ve had very few maintenance issues, but when I’ve had to submit a maintenance request, the issues were handled within 24 hours each time. The service technicians Damon and Chris have always been timely and respectful when entering my apartment to do maintenance. They’re always friendly when I see them around the community as well. All of the employees here go the extra mile which has made living at Eliot on 4th fantastic.

I have lived here over 2 years and I love living here. The community is great, and run by an awesome Team. I always feel safe, and I love the neighborhood. I truly think this building is perfect-great neighborhood, beautiful apartments for fair price! Best pool view in the city too. The only thing it’s missing is a dog washing/blow dry area - we have lots of pets in the building and it could be useful !!

Nina (the community manager) along with T & Keisha (both wonderful receptionists) make Eliot a fantastic place to live in. These ladies truly make my life so much better with their excellent service and care, and I'm so grateful to each of them! I also love this building because it has a lot of natural light.
Special thanks to Nina for helping me renew my lease with such ease. She's extremely patient, kind, and understanding with every resident's particular situation. I've moved many times in my life, and she's the most compassionate apartment manager I've ever met.

Adam is an absolute class act, and helped me secure my DC apartment while I was up from FL before relocating. There was a booking error on the website that lost my tour time, but he stayed late that day to show me all of my options for an apartment knowing how compressed my schedule was to find an apartment. (3 Day trip to DC from FL to look at apartments and secure a lease) If you are touring Eliot on 4th, Adam is your guy.

I recently moved in. The facilities and amenities are all top notch. The best part has been the people who work here. Adam in the leasing office was so helpful answering all our questions and showing us around, Nina made the leasing and move in process so easy, and everyone at the front desk has been incredibly helpful, too. Overall, living at Eliot on 4th has been a positive experience. The amenities are great (I regularly utilize both the gym as well as the pool in the summer), staff members at the concierge are always friendly, and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The leasing office staff are also fantastic - in particular, Adam was amazing with assisting me throughout the process of switching units when my lease was coming up for renewal, even though timing was a concern giving the holidays in December/January.
The location is also a bonus, as it is right by a metro station, and there are many restaurants and bars that are within walking distance both at the Wharf and Navy Yard - the apartment is definitely worth checking out if people are looking to move into the neighborhood.
