This apartment is spacious, clean, and is run by a friendly staff. It's close to public transportation, grocery stores( two minute walk to a small Brazilian grocery store and 15 min walk to Stop & Shop. It's 10 min walk to downtown which has many great restaurants and small business ethnic grocery shops. Yes, I like to shop for groceries :)
Christina, the building manager, is super personable and genuine. She's more like a friend than someone in charge of the building you live in. Her staff is friendly and they all look like they enjoy the work they do. The maintenance team responds within 24 hours and they are efficient and polite.
My FAVORITE part of this apartment is the central air. It works so well and fast! I haven't suffered any extreme weather conditions the whole 2 years I've lived in this unit because my place is always at 72F.
Another perk to the apartment is the club room. I've hosted a parties, ate BBQ on the patio, played pool with many different neighbors, and became friends with a couple few doors down from me, all from the club room. I've always wanted to live in a community where the neighbors are friendly enough to hang out together and I've found that here.
If I wasn't moving out of the state I would've 100% renewed my lease.

This is a nice apartment to live. The room is full of sunshine and spacious. The building inside has all you need, including the club area , GYM and the 2/ F open balcony. It is very convenient to the grocery stores, all kinds of cuisines as well as public transportation. The reason triggered for my review is about the warm staffs here. I would say
the management team is definitely Five Star. My room has a drainage accident on Aug 8 unfortunately, Danilo responded quickly in helping me clean the floor and arranged a dehumidifier ,Christina the experienced building manager was calm and reached the plumper immediately. She explained the reason why and how they gonna fix it, she gave me a peace of mind. ( now I just need to wait for they sending someone to change the small wet area of carpet)
So my thumb up ! I would recommend my friend to live here too!!
Can't say enough about this building or their staff. My fiancee and I had toured almost all of the neighboring luxury apartments in Malden, Revere and a few other places around. When you walk into the building there are no muggy or nasty smells, you're greeted with a very fresh scent, the elevators smell good and are a good size. One thing I hated in most apartments was how narrow and dim the hallways were. Point 180 has beautiful naturally lit, wide hallways. We met first with Danilo, who was great and answered all our questions at the time, and then with the Property Manager Christina who was outstanding, very patient, my fiancee and mom dont speak english and we needed some time to translate what Christina and I were discussing and then answer their questions, and Christina did so very gracefully and with a a beautiful smile the entire time, no rude remarks, huffing and puffing like other leasing offices. I was later contacted by leasing and requested Property Management to give me a call, for more details on deposits and application status, and I believe there may have been some miscommunication. Point 180 Leasing, please accept this as constructive criticism, managing a property is definitely not easy, but one thing I think the team could work on is better communication amongst themselves. Other than that superb experience, and a very well-maintained clean complex.

Just moved into the building and so far I am absolutely loving it. Christina (the building manager) is amazing to work with and is on top of everything. She is very accommodating and let my girlfriend and I move in early on a weekend so that we did not have to take time off work. The building is incredibly clean and well taken care of. I am proud to live here and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to live!

I've lived here with my husband since the apartments first opened a few years ago. We love our apartment - it has everything we look for, and I'm a professional interior designer! Our island is perfect for hosting guests, and for two people, there is the plenty of space and storage. There were a few hiccups in the beginning when the building was new (as there will be for most new construction), but we have no complaints and our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. For this area, it is competitively priced for everything that's included. We have never had issues with our neighbors either - all very respectful. And the occasional cute dog in the elevator doesn't hurt!
Really enjoyed living in this building. Great management team, very accommodating, 15 minute walk to malden center train station, and only 15 minutes into downtown. On your walk to the building from the train, lots of great restaurants and a stop and shop. Loved my actual unit. It was a 1 bedroom with laundry in unit, bathroom with two entrances, and a big living room with an eat in counter to the kitchen. Very spacious. Building is also pet friendly. Overall great experience - highly recommend.

Stayed here for one year and half. Lovely memory. New building with modern indoor decorations. Especially love the quartz countertops which make everyday cooking enjoyable. The bay windows are also fantastic. I like to stand by the window overlooking the cars and pedestrians walking by.
The property manager Christina and staff Nilo are super helpful whom I left as friends. During the pandemic I stayed here for extra two months at original rate otherwise I had to buy fly ticket in May which saved me thousands of dollars.
I moved in to Point at 180 right after it opened and it has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Christina and the team do an amazing job managing the building and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are also really good at quickly responding to questions or concerns that may come up.
Unfortunately, I am leaving Boston, which is the only reason I left the building. I highly recommend Point at 180 to anyone looking for an apartment in the Boston area.
