Cats and dogs are welcome at our pet friendly community, as well.

The Crossings have been an amazing apartment complex to live in. I was there for one year in a one bedroom apartment. It is an amazing place for college students to live in as they offer 10 and 12 month leases. They’re clean, safe, and offer great management, specifically Julie. Everyone is quick to answer phone calls and emails as well to answer any questions or clarify information, once again, especially Julie! She has been my go to person for the Crossings ever since I moved in. They’ve always been quick to act on maintenance requests through their easy to use app as well. Appliances are up to date as well and I have had no issues fixing them when minor problems occurred. The maintenance team absolutely rocks. Additionally, management really cares to keep residents happy by offering food and small events every so often. Everyone is super welcoming and overall, I have enjoyed my stay. The manager Julie has been absolute best the entire time as she is informational, timely, and extremely friendly while remembering her residents names, despite having hundreds of them. My move out went smooth, but I would advise others to ensure you know exactly when your move out date is and to ensure you have cleaned sufficiently. For moving in, I recommend taking pictures of any damages from previous tenants as you can be charged. Management is willing to work with you through each of these problems though. I will miss this apartment complex!

Julie is super to work with! Guided us through the whole process of applying, signing the lease, setting up utilities and insurance. The apartment was in very good condition, clean and well maintained. Convenient location near the Brockport campus.
