We have lived here for over a year and still love it as much as day 1!! We love all the amenities, friends and family are always so impressed at how fancy and nice the building is! We love the staff and we love the residents. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We love that it is dog friendly as well. They always put on fun family events as well. We are so lucky to live here!!

We just moved in two weeks ago. We've been very happy with the apartment and the management team so far. Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and eager to assist. The setting is pretty peaceful for being close to so much. I rarely hear noise from other apartments, just occasional footsteps above. You do hear some noise as people are passing by in the hall but that's pretty brief and most people are considerate.

Over the last 3 weeks I've relocated across the country for work. In this process I decided to rent my first apartment. The process itself was less than thrilling. After looking at countless apartments online I came across Gabella and it quickly rose to the top of my list. I Emailed the leasing office and was greeted by Amy and her staff and from the beginning they were absolutely amazing. I was under a strict 2 week timeframe from research to move-in date. The staff was able to expedite the process and kept me in the loop every step along the way. As part of the research, Amy took me on a personalized Zoom tour of the exact apartment I would be renting, in addition to all of the amenities that Gabella has to offer (plentiful). The customer service, amenities and prior reviews had me sold; I had found my new home. When I got here I was greeted with the same enthusiam in person as I was over the phone. The paperwork involved in the process was mostly done online already, however, we had a few things to go over in person. It was quick, efficient and answered all of my questions. I had my keys, garage opener and such within 30 minutes of my appointment and I could start my move-in. After I got settled in there were just a few, very minor, maintenance quirks that I found I wanted resolved. This included relocating a doorstop, a loose wall outlet, a leaky seal in the faucet, and a faulty breaker. The cherry on top was an additional doorstop that didn't actually need to be there, however, due to the placement of my furniture the door could potentially collide. The maintenance crew spent ~10 minutes making sure this conflict was resolved. Talk about customer service! Each and every one of these issues were handled quickly and professionally. Every time I walk to the front desk there's always a smiling face (even though it's hard to tell right now). When I first arrived in town, everyone had suggestions for food and places to go and things to see in the local area, which was a nice conversation to have when you're brand new to the area. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the experience I have had with Gabella and their ENTIRE staff! This crew has made an incredibly daunting process as easy and as simple as anyone could ask for. If you're looking for a new home, don't look any further than here!
