It is also within minutes of major transportation route 35E into the Twin Cities. Utilities: Residents are responsible for their electric & internet bills. Management bills back monthly trash, ($25/mo) water/sewer, ($20-$60/mo) & gas ($10-$70/mo). Pet Fees: Cats & dogs under 50lbs welcome, up to 2 per household. $40/mo per cat, $50/mo per dog in pet rent. Up front non refundable fees of $350 for one pet, $400 for two.

The new property manager here, Nicole, has been the most respectful and responsive manager I have worked with here- and I have been living here at Lexington Hills Parkside for 12 years now! 6 months ago in September, I had a water leak that ruined my apartment. I had to live in a hotel for 2 months while the flooring was repaired. The previous manager promised me over 15 times (in writing) that the final repairs would be completed “this week”. These were simple repairs like replacing baseboards, filling holes in drywall and painting over the water damage on the drywall. Well- we are coming on the 6 month mark this week. I called property management last week (my bi-weekly follow up call to check on eta for repairs) and was greeted by a much more pleasant manager. Nicole has been very empathetic of the situation my previous landlord put me through- all of the failed promises. She has been quick to “make it right”. The day following our phone call she came to my apartment to take a look at what I needed completed, and sent a follow up email the same day as to what date the repair company will be completing these repairs! What a breath of fresh air. As a fellow manager, I know how hard and annoying it can be to pick up a previous manager’s slack, so I truly appreciate Nicole for being assertive with making this situation right. Highly recommend living here!

Newly renovated apartments. Great area in Eagan close to everything you could need. The property improvements have been very noticeable since they took over in February. Rockstar maintenance!
