Update after 18 month living in Ave:
We have lived in the Ave for 16 months and we more than happy to call it our home! The apartment complex has everything we needed: spacious, clean and well equipped apartments, fitness center, pool, mail service, fast WiFi, garage parking, community events. The community is super nice and the location is very convenient.
Everybody in a team is super friendly, accommodating, always smiling and ready to help! From the day we moved in we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The team is amazing, they take really good care about the community and the residents, it’s always clean, all the maintenance requests are always professionally solved within 24 hours. Various community events create the feeling of united community and a family.
It’s always a joy to communicate with Lyndsey, Lesley, Colleen, Valentina , they all create a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere in the community and take care about the residents! Thank you for creating this feeling of HOME and all your efforts and work!

Ave Clifton is a beautiful community! The location is just perfect, it is safe and quiet. So far 5 star experience , everything is build / designed to make us the customers / residences happy !

Really great staff , helpful whenever asked
Good gym area , very decent size , with lots of sports equipments
Pool is bit small but does the job, the pool surroundings is designed well
They accept Amazon / delivery packets on your behalf , and store it security , really nice
It's always clean
One down site is , if you are in level 1 or 2 , and have a loud upper level neighbor, you can for sure hear their steps , and as I said if they are loud , this can be bit inconvenience, but again it all depends on your neighbor

We have lived at the AVE for a number of months and been impressed with the staff, the amenities, and the responsiveness. When we had maintenance issues- they were addressed within 24 hours (as in fixed), and always with great communication and support. Great location as well. Easy living, but elevated.
It’s a nice place to live. They keep it clean and the grounds are nice. The package system is efficient and theres a garage. I do wish they offered the option to pay for a specific space but they don’t…even though each parking space has a number. It’s annoying because I would pay more for one closer to my side’s elevator and not near a beam because I already smashed my car on one of them and scratched another. Lol. You can’t see them when pulling out backwards so you have to park backing in to a spot instead (so you can use the backup camera). But otherwise it’s great. Staff are also really nice and they know all their residents.
Good service very friendly staff and they usually organize lots of fun activities. Very convenient location to Groceries and Train station. There is also an express bus going to Manhattan just nearby.
Will stay here again for my business trip.

Three months (Aug - Nov 2018) stayed here was a very beautiful moment & memorable, muffin - fruits - tea/coffee in the mornings, this apartment was so nice and easy to access.
I will visit again someday hopefully.

We highly recommend staying at the Ave. We lived there for a while and it felt like living in a hotel! When we moved in the apartment was spotless, appliances brand new and the facilities are always clean. The gym is spacious and well equipped.
All of the staff are friendly and accommodating.
Special shout out to Colleen, Valentina, Henry, and Lesley who are always available to help with a smile.
We look forward to our next stay.
I recently called here very last minute to get a tour, when there was no available time slots online. The leasing office was amazing and so accommodating, helping us get a tour in a matter of minutes from when I called. Highly reccomend looking here if you need a place to stay in the Montclair area. The service was amazing and the staff was so friendly! Jeanette was so hospitable and helpful.
