I have lived at Marquee for 5 months and I've loved my time here. I knew that moving into the city was what I wanted to do and Marquee offers a great location with close proximity to public transportation. Very convenient for me since I take the L train everyday for work. The staff at Marquee is always friendly and the building amenities are great! The gym is amazing and the pool/hot tub are always well kept. The building is very dog friendly too! Which is great for me and my 10 year old dog. I am always happy to call Marquee my home.

One of the best parts about living here is the staff and maintenance team - especially Darren in the package room! The building is very clean and safe. The amenities are also top notch, especially the rooftop gym and pool. We also really appreciated the new Weber grills this summer. My only complaint is the rooftop hot tub has been broken all summer and I have not seen anyone working on it ever. We were promised an update on when it would
Open in May, but have not heard anything since and it is September.

The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is great (Rick, Darren and Barry are the best). Miles was very professional and incredibly timely to all my communications, which was especially important to me as my turn-around time was very tight. I have lived at Marquee for 4 years now and love it! The amenities and staff are fantastic. I appreciate the crowd control of amenities to ensure residents get full access to the facilities they pay for and avoid being pushed out by too many guests/friends. Location is brilliant, so central to everything and direct access to the red and blue lines cannot be beaten. Would love for the problem plagued hot tub on the roof top to be up and running, but still an amazing level of service and facilities provided. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I've lived here for over a year, and have had a great experience. The location is perfect and the staff are all fantastic. The amenities areas (fitness center, outdoor grills, pool, lounges) and lobby are kept clean. Maintenance requests have always been resolved quickly and effectively. Overall I'm very pleased with the building.

The location continues to be perfect and the staff are still exceptional. The amenities areas are wonderful and maintained, and COVID policies and updates have been well communicated. Despite the occasional issue, I’ve lived here for over 3 years with no regrets!

My wife and I have lived at Marquee since January, and we absolutely love it here! The staff is great, maintenance is extremely responsive, and the location is amazing. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. The view from our bedroom and living room is great! Combining that with fantastic amenities such as a full sized gym on the 38th floor, sauna, steam room, and, not to mention, the Block 37 mall right downstairs. I honestly can’t see myself living at another complex after having the Marquee experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve lived at Marquee for 2 months now and so far really enjoy it. The move-in process was very smooth thanks to Kyla, who helped me coordinate getting my key and reserving the elevator for a Labor Day move. I like the gym and the amenities, and my apartment has a great view.
