We are very happy that we chose The Residence of Hamilton Lakes, we like that everything is clean, responsible staff and a cool atmosphere inside. everything is here, a swimming pool, a gym, 2 different saunas, a cinema, a kitchen, grills, a beautiful area and more!!!We love The Residence of Hamilton Lakes❤️

What a gorgeous COMMUNITY! All units high end finishes, with a 12.5" X 5.5' balcony. Some units have sliding glass door or a single door w/ a large window. (10' ceilings are available on the 4th floor only) At first I lived in the (Franzen) unit, which is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom model. Since my last post here, I have actually moved units to the (Pierce). Let me tell you, WOW, I AM IN LOVE WITH THE (PIERCE) The Franzen unit Is a spacious open aire concept, with one large living space and the bedrooms are located left and to the right. I lived on the 4th floor, and 10' ceilings are EPIC! All the remaining floors have 9' ceilings which is still very nice. Modern "U" Shaped kitchen with 42" tall cabinets, white waterfall quartz counters with light grey veins,The cabinets have a laminated texture with dark mocha and grey tones that run horizontally with a flat brushed nickel handle. The Mocha/Coffee colored laminate flooring throughout also accents well with the light gray painted walls.The baseboards are a square faced finish painted with a white semi gloss finish. In the bathrooms are 24" ceramic tiles All Leds lighting and all new finishes. Stainless with Led functions you'd find in a luxury hotel in the mirrors. Outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub indoors. Outdoor gazebo, and Vegas style cabanas next to the pool, Plenty of Weber grills x 5 uncovered in a wonderfully, concept circle design, all built in with limestone countertops. A Kitchen indoors you can book ahead of time for get togethers with family or friends with Stone counter and enough room to host a huge party. The adjacent outdoor space opens up with sliding doors to a 6 foot gas fireplace, covered living room area with tables, couches and your personal covered grill with enough counter space to host a party for 20 to 25. The property itself and outlying properties have plenty of land and bike trails. centrally located to any branch of highway from I90, 290, 294 and not far from O'Hare, Airport. Hamilton Lakes also has its own gym, with all new workout equipment to suit any level of exercise needs. Dog Lovers? We have our own DOG SPA, included steel tub basin enclosure you'd find at a professional spa, All the necessary blowers and vacuums to clean up. It usually has dog treats and sometimes shampoo and conditioner for your pup, if maybe you forgot some. Has a table to latch your lil pup or big, the table is electric up and down to make grooming easy. Friendly community and Itasca is a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. All the staff is wonderful and super helpful for any questions or any needs should they arise. Maintenance is always available for most scenarios within the hour, depending on the severity of your situation. Top notch property, Top notch staff and not a complaint from me after a year and lived in 2 different units! I Love living here and so will you!))
