Have lived here for 2 years. It's in a great location near Walmart, Sam's Club, and Aldi's. There's plenty of restaurants and its a family friendly neighborhood. It is also close to great cities like Oaklawn and lombard which has great restaurants and both have malls. The building is quiet. Downside is there isn't a package room. Packages are placed on the floor near the mail boxes. I honestly can say that I've never had a package stolen. It could have been there for days and I would get it. The apartments are very large. Goran does the renovations and provides maintenance. Has to be top 5 hardest working men I've ever met. The man is a machine! Diana his wife cleans and she takes pride in keeping the complex clean. If I need a repair they have a portal that you can request maintenance and things get taken care of pretty quickly. The doors are secure and you need to use there app to gain access to the premises. The downside is there isn't any central air and there aren't washer/dryers in the unit. There are washer/dryers on the premise and they work well and there has never been a problem getting one. If was nice for the time we were there. Residents are nice and many have been there for 10-20 years. It was never a longterm option for me but it provided me I what I needed for the time I needed it. It's quiet, safe and clean.
