This is a phenomenal place to live. I originally moved here in September of 2020, and since then they’ve changed management. I had no problems with Dolben, and Equity Residential has definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of help, security and friendliness. The building itself is great, beautiful spaces and artistic design really grab your eye as soon as you enter. Greeted by great staff, you’ll be welcomed immediately. Underground parking is a huge plus and the grills and outdoor spaces really help spice up the community. Although I am sad to leave, I am happy to have been a part of this apartment. 100% check it out folks!

Jay from maintenance is always on point. Not only does he professionally and courteously and consistently do a great job, but he educates us tenants when we ask questions or have issues that we want feedback on. He is friendly and polite always. He honestly deserves a raise, and at the very minimum, a recognition for the terrific job he does. He even one time walked me thru over the phone how to reset my fuse box when I blew a fuse around 3am in the morning. Nothing but appreciation and gratitude for this guy!!!
