As for the property, the parking is absolutely horrible and the apartments get hot in the summer due to not having central air. Janet, the general manager, is amazing, and this complex is great. The maintenance staff was slow and visited unannounced, but that wasn't a huge issue. Although parking was a bit hard for guests, since they had to walk a ways to the apartment, it was doable. My only complaint is that when I moved in, I didn't know that there would be a $40 parking fee for my apartment until I was signing the lease. Nice, affordable apartments, and I would highly recommend them!

I wasn't there long, I stopped by at night at my buddies, it seemed nice and clean, but then again it was night time, be careful if you have a lowriding car some of those speed bumps there pretty high, it was nice and quiet when I was there
