These apartments are beautiful! The ceilings are high, the windows are gorgeous; nearly floor to ceiling and it’s so bright and airy!! The neighbors are all really nice and I enjoy the access to the gym. I’m excited for when they finish the rest of the complex so next spring we have access to the community garden!! The location is prime and near everything you could think of. You can hear some dogs every now and again; but that’s to be expected in any apartment. It is more sound proof than your average apartment. You rarely hear your neighbors. The whole rental process was really smooth and there are plenty of apartments available and ready to move in. Which was a huge plus for my family! That being said, we love it here ❤️

Janet, the general manager, is amazing, and this complex is great. The maintenance staff was slow and visited unannounced, but that wasn't a huge issue. Although parking was a bit hard for guests, since they had to walk a ways to the apartment, it was doable. My only complaint is that when I moved in, I didn't know that there would be a $40 parking fee for my apartment until I was signing the lease. Nice, affordable apartments, and I would highly recommend them!

We love montgomery court apartments. Amanda and the maintenance team have really been working hard to make these apartments feel like home. Amanda is absolutely the BEST manager I have ever dealt with! She is so easy to talk to and she is so caring! The management alone makes it worth living here. They aren't the most up to date apartments but they are cozy. The pool is also nice in the summer and the club house is nice and super convenient to use.
