While I didn’t end up renting at either the Rasa or the Mason I was very pleased with the experience I had with Nesi who showed me around. I even went back a second time to look again but ended up choosing another property. I liked how close these were to all the action, restaurants, etc and will have to walk about 10 minutes to get to all the fun, but the building I picked does have a pool, hot tub and was a little bit newer. I would definitely consider renting here in the future based on the location and the great service from the leasing team.

Living in one of their Fruitvale building hasn’t been close to the “luxury” they advertise. The repairs take months to complete if at all. For the amount of rent you should be able to get a package delivered but the intercom system doesn’t work. 3 washers and dryers for a building with over 20 apartments isn’t sufficient and they rarely clean them.
