Living in one of their Fruitvale building hasn’t been close to the “luxury” they advertise. The repairs take months to complete if at all. For the amount of rent you should be able to get a package delivered but the intercom system doesn’t work. 3 washers and dryers for a building with over 20 apartments isn’t sufficient and they rarely clean them. Way over priced for what you get!

This place is horrible. It’s not worth a penny there is mold all over the units. They don’t not come and repair anything you ask for they will say ok but never show up. Rent is so high isn’t worth that amount. It’s disgusting to live in. It smells awful. You will be cleaning your unit and it never looks or smells clean. They don’t even replace or repair everything when you move in everything is old the cabinets the flooring they will only paint the wall and not even check it for mold the mold is every where. This place don’t even deserve one star
