My husband and I live in Bergen Apartments and we really appreciate our Super, George ‘s work ethic. We can call him for any maintenance, or emergency issue and he is on the job. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, George will respond to your text messages and/or stop by to followup on the problem. He’s very helpful and will go above and beyond what it takes to get the problem taken care of. The building is kept clean, however, Management needs to do more to make the inside of building more appealing.like new paint job, more pictures and removing the ones that have been here since I moved in over 5 years ago, a tenant area where notices, emergency info, etc can be placed, and more routine cleaning of the carpet throughout the building.

I’m disappointed. It was false advertisement from beginning to end. The price listed online is not the price you are told when you get approved and the apartment is not newly renovated as advertised in the photos. No new appliances or sunny bright apartment. It’s outdated which is fine. But the price they are choosing to rent an outdated apartment is not aligned with the worth. This is incredibly sad to mislead people during these times and up the price as high.
