Moved in almost 2 months ago with my partner and we are absolutely loving the apartment!! The apartments themselves are built perfectly for what we wanted (lots of sunlight, semi-carpeted, modern, good use of spacing for furniture, and private/sound-proof). Also, maintenance has been super responsive & helpful, and management has been so kind & welcoming. It’s a peaceful and clean community and we are really making use of and enjoying the amenities like the gym and clubhouse (looking forward to use the grills & pool in the summer!!). Overall, 10/10 experience living here so far!

I have been a long-time tenant here at the Avalon Garden City. I recently experienced some issues with the A/C. Rich and Ivan stepped up, and even made sure that during the time it took to replace the Condenser unit, they kept the old leaking one charged to ensure my comfort during the heat wave. I must say Ivan Reyes and Rich Fournillier, have the utmost respect and professionalism, along with great work ethic to keep the Avalon up and running and clean for everyone. I have personally witnessed the courtesy and kind acts to all tenants, stopping to greet and say good morning and ask if everything is ok and if there is anything you may need. Thank you.
